We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SHREEJI FOOD INC.

  • We offer an annual salary of $50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure high-quality services.
  • Evaluate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all food and services meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage for informed decision-making.
  • Establish work schedules to optimize staffing and productivity.
Requirements
  • A degree from a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma (a minimum 3 months to less than 1 year) is required; or relevant experience can be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing staff and overseeing food operations would be an asset.
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills to effectively lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Please note that permanent positions with 30 to 40 hours of work per week are available, with English being the primary language used in this role.
