About the Role

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and business analysis support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements to support project delivery.
  • Develop and implement new business and technical processes, and complete business process reviews/re-engineering for existing processes.
  • Facilitate business process improvement sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of new IT services and support the application support and development manager.
  • Schedule, organize, and lead project status meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Provide support by bridging communication between vendors, client ministries, and corporate technical and business teams.
  • Escalate unresolved issues/risks, options, and recommendations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Responsible for business architecture design, software system specifications design, and database modeling.
  • Participate in iterative development using model-based processes and perform project management, business, and technical analysis.
  • Deliver complex software solutions spanning n-tier development environments and produce project artifacts with XML, UML, and/or other web-services technologies.
  • Prepare, update, and manage documents defining business requirements, software requirements, functional design, and project plans and schedules.
  • Prepare regular project status reports indicating project deliverables, possible risks, and issues, timelines, and anticipated effort.
  • Ensure appropriate project communication occurs to all parties involved during all phases of the project.
  • Identify required user training and additional responsibilities as required by the Project Manager for a Business Analyst or Lead Technical Analyst role.
Requirements
  • 8 years plus direct experience in a non-IT project management role.
  • 8 years plus experience creating and managing project forecast and actual budgets.
  • 8 years plus experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • 8 years plus experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases.
  • 8 years plus experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • 5 years plus experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • 3 years plus experience using Microsoft-Project or other project management tools.
