Position Overview

Objective:
ThoughtStorm Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to contribute to the successful execution of various technology initiatives aimed at modernizing and enhancing our operational capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A degree in business, management, or a related field along with four years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst; OR
  2. A two-year diploma in business, management, or a related field with six years of experience in a similar role; OR
  3. A one-year certificate in business, management, or a related field with seven years of relevant experience; OR
  4. A minimum of eight years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient understanding of various software development methodologies including agile, waterfall, scrum, and Kanban.

Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into comprehensive technical specifications within an enterprise IT framework.

Ability to develop integrated system designs and technical specifications for complex projects.

Contract Details: Fixed-term engagement
Duration: 12 months

Compensation: $80.00-$90.00 per hour

Experience Requirements:

  • Technical Business Analyst: 8 years (mandatory)
  • Agile Methodologies: 6 years (mandatory)
  • Kanban Methodologies: 6 years (mandatory)
  • Experience in Public Sector Projects: 6 years (mandatory)

Work Arrangement: In-person
