Program Overview

  • Gain a deep understanding of the plant's entry-level management opportunities and develop a well-rounded knowledge base for effective decision-making.
  • Acquire basic leadership competencies for entry-level positions and learn problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.
  • Shadow experienced leaders and participate in hands-on learning activities to develop your skills and expertise.
  • Complete designated management and leadership courses to further enhance your knowledge and abilities.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree or three-year certificate in engineering, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Must be geographically mobile upon completion of the two-year program.
  • Candidates should be highly energized and self-motivated with experience working with teams to implement change and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
