Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in manufacturing leadership? Look no further than Goodyear's Manufacturing Leadership Development Program.

Program Overview

  • Gain hands-on experience in various manufacturing roles, including Process Engineer, Health and Safety Manager, and Plant Optimization Leader.
  • Develop a well-rounded knowledge base for effective decision-making and leadership.
  • Acquire basic leadership competencies for entry-level positions.

Program Structure

  • Shadow experienced leaders in 3-month assignments to learn about their roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate in plant optimization projects and learn problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.
  • Write reports to demonstrate your knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical skills.
  • Complete a challenge assignment in each designated position.
  • Finish with a one-year assignment as a Shift Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or three-year certificate in engineering, business management, or related discipline.
  • Geographic mobility upon completion of the two-year program.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal computer skills in a networked environment.
