Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Anecca Ideas Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and networks, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
