At Kate Spade New York, we're looking for a talented FT Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales and Service Leader, you'll be responsible for creating a high-energy, sales-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service according to the Kate Spade approach standard.
  • Inspire team members to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Take initiative to address development needs and maintain a confident floor presence.
  • Act as an advocate for the team and create partnerships with colleagues.
  • Represent the brand effectively in all situations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, and drive sales.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
