About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Service Supervisor at Nakwon Korean Restaurant, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff in food preparation and service
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Requirements
