About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marbleslab Creamery Chilliwack. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability.
    • Organized and able to multitask.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
