About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marbleslab Creamery Chilliwack. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are always adequate and that products are rotated and displayed effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the display of products and the upkeep of fixtures and equipment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
