Corky's Liquor Store is a retail business located in an urban area, offering a wide range of liquor products to customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and coordinating activities of workers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Assign Sales Workers to Duties

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed and that customers receive excellent service.

Hire and Train New Staff

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Establish Work Schedules

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for establishing work schedules for staff members, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed and that customers receive excellent service.

Sell Merchandise

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for selling merchandise, including liquor products, to customers.

Organize and Maintain Inventory

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring that the store is adequately stocked and that customers receive excellent service.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers, ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

The Liquor Store Supervisor must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

1-2 Years of Experience

The Liquor Store Supervisor must have 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.

Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills

The Liquor Store Supervisor must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
