Sales Operations Manager Role:

This position plays a critical role in driving sales performance and optimizing business processes. As a Sales Operations Manager at EDC, you will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a collaborative and adaptable team culture during times of change.
  • Provide guidance on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
