We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to drive revenue and expand market share in the competitive Canadian market. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration in Canada.
- Manage and develop relationships with Key and Specialty retailers across multiple distribution channels.
- Manage and lead our independent sales agencies, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive results.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and risk.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment in brand messaging and business objectives.
- Work closely with merchandising and planning organizations to ensure appropriate product assortment in place to support region.
- Utilize data and analytics to track performance, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
- In coordination with VP Wholesale, Planning and Analytics teams, support revenue modeling and forecasting for region.
- Work closely with Account Receivable team to ensure strong command and visibility of customer and channel risk.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the active wear or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team and work cross functionally with other leaders within organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for active lifestyle products and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

The salary range for this role is $160,000 CAD per year - $180,000 CAD per year. This role is bonus eligible.
