Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Skyhigh Hospitality Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials
    • Plan and organize daily operations
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Recruitment and Scheduling
    • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
