We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Insurance Product Promotion: Promote and educate clients on various insurance products, highlighting the benefits and features of each.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our presence and profile in the local community.
- Insurance Broker Level 1 License: Possess a valid insurance broker level 1 license or be working towards CAIB/CIP certification.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the insurance industry.
- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive hourly hiring range of $21.20 to $26.50, with a 37.5 hour work week.
