Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships
- Meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience required; we provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
