We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Fort St. John, BC. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to promote client retention.
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master time manager, able to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- 6 months+ of industry experience.
