Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Lin Haw International Co., Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to meet the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase General and Specialized Equipment, Materials, or Business Services: You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing the best suppliers for our company's needs, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assess Requirements and Develop Specifications: You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Consult with Suppliers: You will build relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet our company's standards and requirements.
  • Review Quotations and Determine Contract Terms: You will review quotations from suppliers and determine the best contract terms and conditions for our company.
  • Establish Delivery Schedules and Monitor Progress: You will work with suppliers to establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
