Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Sourcing
    • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
    • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Contract Management
    • Review and analyze quotations from suppliers.
    • Determine contract terms and conditions.
    • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
    • Provide customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Technology and Systems
    • Utilize IBM AS/400, MS Word, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, MS Office, Salesforce, and database management systems to support procurement activities.
  • Security and Safety
    • Meet the requirements for basic security clearance, criminal record check, driver's validity license check, driving record check (abstract), and credit check.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Hold a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.

    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
    • Language
      • Fluency in English.
