Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Kito Canada Inc. as a Purchaser.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and Procurement: Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Supplier Management: Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quotation Review: Review quotations from suppliers to ensure they meet our company's requirements and standards.
- Delivery Scheduling: Establish and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Problem Resolution: Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any problems or issues that may arise during the procurement process.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
