Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide travel sales and consulting services to clients, including itinerary planning, booking, and travel arrangements.

  • Sell and promote Direct Travel's strategic supplier products and services.
  • Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales or consulting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.
  • Proven pursuit of learning and self-development, with a commitment to ongoing education and training.
  • Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting management and staff, and contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
