Direct Travel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Professional to join our Ancaster team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide travel sales and consulting services to clients, including itinerary planning, booking, and travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through effective marketing, networking, and relationship-building strategies.
- Sell and promote Direct Travel's strategic supplier products and services.
- Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales or consulting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.
- Proven pursuit of learning and self-development, with a commitment to ongoing education and training.
- Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
