The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Autonomy and Rehabilitation Specialist

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to work in our interdisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist with the CBHSSJB, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the functional abilities of patients and clients, developing treatment plans to restore or maintain their abilities, and adapting their environment to promote optimal autonomy.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
