Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the overall operations of the pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, dispensing medication, and maintaining the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory and stock levels to ensure that all medications and supplies are available to customers.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those related to controlled substances and patient confidentiality.
  • Provide coaching and training to pharmacy colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
