About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of medications and prescription records, ensuring that all stock levels are adequate and that expired or recalled products are removed promptly.
  • Ordering and Receiving: Order and receive supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that all deliveries are properly received and stored.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.
  • Computer Skills: Utilize MS Excel and MS Office to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a secure and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
