What’s your role – Pharmacy Manager
As a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you'll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Community Leadership: Actively promote Rexall's positive image by participating in community business groups and health and wellness initiatives
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, professional standards, and applicable laws
Staff Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all pharmacy staff to ensure optimal staffing and efficient operations
Licensed Pharmacist in Province of interest
