Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 22G TARPS & ACCESSORIES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
