Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Burrmill Subshop Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
