Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burrmill Subshop Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes analyzing budgets, evaluating daily operations, monitoring revenues, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth service
  • Recruit and train staff to meet business needs
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient service
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
