Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burrmill Subshop Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to make informed decisions.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Recruit and manage staff to meet business needs.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
