Health Services Director

We are seeking a skilled Health Services Manager to join our team at Parkland Station Yards in Moncton, New Brunswick.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting a resident-directed philosophy and ensuring optimal resident care. Your expertise will also include communication, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Directs and promotes a resident-directed approach to care;
- Evaluates company standards, goals, and policies to ensure optimal resident care;
- Maintains effective communication and assures resident access to services;
- Recruits, trains, and disciplines personal support worker staff;
- Assumes registered staff duties as needed;
- Supervises and evaluates subordinate staff to promote quality service and positive employee relations;
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and registration with the Nurses Association of NB (NANB);
- Current First Aid & CPR or BLS Certificate;
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check upon hire;
- Advanced proficiency in the English language (French considered an asset);
- Previous experience in long-term care (considered an asset);
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience (an asset).

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and more.
