The Opportunity

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Amica, you will have the opportunity to elevate standards for senior care in Canada by promoting best practices and approaching resident wellness holistically.   • Deliver high-quality care to residents in a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to personalized wellness plans and provide proactive care to residents
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community
  • Develop your administrative and leadership skills through opportunities to perform assessments and build connections with healthcare providers

Requirements
  • Current registration and good standing with the BCCNM
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Previous experience working in long-term care/assisted living environment considered an asset
