Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Amica Senior Lifestyles is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Beechwood Village - Independent Living (IL).

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for promoting resident wellness, providing medical care, and collaborating with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters innovation and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Current registration and good standing with the BCCNM.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • Previous experience working in long-term care/assisted living environment considered an asset.
