Job Title: Carpenter Helper

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Helper to join our team at DIL Brothers Construction Services Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Job Summary:

The Carpenter Helper will assist our experienced carpenters in various aspects of residential construction, including framing, roofing, and finishing work. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist carpenters in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Help with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Perform routine maintenance work and assist with equipment operation
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
  • Will train individuals with no prior experience in carpentry or construction
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a noisy environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Availability for shift or on-call work and willingness to relocate for the position
