About the Role:

At Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, we are seeking a Transformation Leader - Global Technology Strategy to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead organizational change and enablement efforts to further the objectives of implementing our vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive awareness, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of change enablement strategies and tactical planning to help employees and partners navigate the change curve effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide analysis of change enablement risks and develop and deliver on mitigation strategies to ensure adoption and sustainment of change.
  • Design, drive, track, and build improvement planning for full suite of change enablement Key Performance Indicators, build metrics to ensure evaluate progress and outcomes.
  • Continually seek out industry trends in organizational change enablement to deliver best practices and unique value to Global Technology.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams on setting the direction and vision for the team, as well as coaching and mentoring consultative efforts for the group.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $123,400 - $229,300 CAD per annum, depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors.
