Job Description

This role plays a critical part in driving Microsoft's digital transformation efforts for enterprise customers. As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will work closely with Strategic Account Executives to support customer business outcomes, map business scenarios to technical foundations, and orchestrate resources in customer digital journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize business and industry insights from teams, global best practices, case studies, and deep industry expertise to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts and subsidiary planning.
  • Apply thought leadership to identify and inform Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within customer vertical industries.
  • Provide account thought leadership, sharing best practices internally and coaching subsidiary resources.
  • Create security thought leadership with customer executives, engaging TDMs and BDMs to position security as a business enabler.
  • Develop mid- and long-term multi-horizon technology and business roadmaps for prominent accounts based on business and technology priorities and industry landscapes.

Differentiated Value Proposition

  • Act as a customer Technology Mentor, developing extended relationships and advising on solutions that align Microsoft capabilities with customer needs.
  • Drive market share through digital technologies and lead customer business transformations to drive business outcomes and create value.

Mapping and Account Planning

  • Help customer technical specialists build messages to sell Microsoft offerings to other parts of their business or end users.
  • Establish stakeholder maps, determine coverage plans, and build execution frameworks across Rooms of the House of the customer.

Education and Thought Leadership

  • Lead customer technology engagement by engaging and influencing technical resources towards customer business transformation.
  • Deliver regular industry/technology briefings to customer technical decision-makers.
