- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement effective inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates to help them improve their performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including payroll administration, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
