Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Al-Hashmi Thobes & Kurtas. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately priced and displayed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that sales targets are met and that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and training.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
