Personal Lines Account Manager

HUB International Ontario Limited is seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of an existing book of business, including client relationships, policy administration, and risk management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities, upsell existing clients, and promote new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain accurate records, and meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company procedures to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably within Personal Lines.
- RIBO license required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel).
