Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive organic growth as the Head of Growth for Starport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for professionalizing the sales function, building a sales team, and running cross-functional growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionalize the Sales Function
- Develop a sales structure, process, tooling, compensation plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
- Player/Coach
- Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player.
- Build and manage a sales team.
- Run Cross-Functional Growth Campaigns
- Drive new logo sales growth.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, and operations teams.
- Business Partner to the CEO
- Formulate overall business strategy and execute.
Requirements
- Managed Service Provider Sales experience.
- Previous experience selling in an MSP environment is preferred.
- Starport is based in Toronto; experience with this market is preferred.
