Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities, as well as developing and implementing individualized plans to improve their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities using standardized tools and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to improve clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Current active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
