Job Title: Dynamic Pediatric Speech TherapistWe are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a hybrid position based at our St. Thomas location.
Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our competitive total compensation package includes:

We are looking for an individual who can provide care to children with rehabilitation needs in our School-Based Rehabilitation Program. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering care to pediatric clients with various needs, including but not limited to: speech sound delays and disorders, motor speech challenges, stuttering, and voice disorders.
You will work collaboratively to provide patient care both virtually and with in-person visits. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice
- Knowledge of principles of reflective practice
- A systematic approach to decision-making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of clients
- Safety-focused and accountable
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask conflicting priorities
- Current registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
- A valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle
