Dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Wanted for Home-Based Healthcare Services

Closing the Gap Healthcare, a Canadian-owned and award-winning organization, is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Elgin County, St. Thomas. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario and possess a valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle. You will work closely with our cross-discipline team to assess and develop individualized plans for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of client speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities
  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans based on client needs
  • Communicating regularly with case managers to track client progress and goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
