$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in delivering high-quality care to children with rehabilitation needs in our School-based Rehabilitation Program. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating pediatric clients with various needs, including speech sound delays and disorders, motor speech challenges, stuttering, and voice disorders.

You will work collaboratively to provide patient care both virtually and in-person, facilitating relationships between families, schools, and local healthcare systems. Your skills and qualifications will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice
  • Principles of reflective practice
  • A systematic approach to decision-making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of clients
  • Safety-focused and accountable
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Current registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • A current valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle
