About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Piccolos Pizza and Pasta. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food and service.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the resources needed to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

A fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail is required.
