Job SummaryThis role plays a vital part in both hosting external clients at our offices and ensuring internal clients have the resources they need. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of general office services functions, including Reception, Switchboard, Central Photocopy, Mailroom, Courier, and Coffee Service.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide daily Reception relief and backup;
- Order, unpack, and restock office and kitchen supplies;
- Up-keep of the premises, including boardroom set-up, furniture arrangements, catering, and clean-up;
- Provide photocopying, binding, and scanning services to lawyers and support staff;
- Process regular and registered mail, including mail sorting and internal mail delivery;
- Track and process incoming and outgoing courier deliveries;
- Daily kitchen clean-up;
- Prepare coffee and other beverages for meetings;
- Set up TV carts for meetings;
