At McBurl Corp, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in food service management. Key responsibilities include establishing work schedules, supervising staff, and training employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as addressing customer complaints and concerns. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English language requirements.
