HIBACHI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Leader to join our team. As an Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of customers.
  • Culinary Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and presentation.
