Job Title: Senior Benefits Manager

We are seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to join our dynamic, globally-connected team. As a key member of our shared services group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our global employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the U.S. & Canada Benefits strategy, with a focus on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the design and communication of health & welfare plans, retirement plans, and governance and execution of plan strategies.
  • Manage vendor partners to ensure vendor performance is aligned with company expectations.
  • Plan and implement effective employee communications for benefits and wellness programs.
  • Support all aspects of the annual renewals and lead U.S. Open Enrollment Benefits communication strategy.
  • Build partnerships with regional Benefits Managers, the People Operations team, Legal, Payroll, and Finance to manage the administration of all The Trade Desk's Benefits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of benefits design and strategy experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong functional expertise in program design and administration of U.S. and Canada benefits in a multi-national company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on influencing decisions and communicating complex work across a variety of audiences.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insight.
  • Ability to build strong, ongoing, impactful relationships at all levels and across a diverse range of social backgrounds.
