Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Room Proctor. As a Proctor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing excellent customer service to students and applicants, and maintaining the integrity of our assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invigilate tests and exams for students and applicants, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that the testing environment is secure and free from distractions.
  • Set up and troubleshoot individual tests and exams, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Support first-time users in navigating our online test booking system and provide assistance with any technical issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our testing platforms and vendors to ensure that all tests and exams are administered in accordance with their requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and applicants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and other relevant data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
Requirements
  • Minimum two-year diploma or equivalent in office administration or a related field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a test services facility in a post-secondary environment, with a strong background in customer service and assessment support.
  • Comprehensive experience working with persons who have disabilities in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, applicants, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or certification in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with client databases such as Clockwork.
