Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2712147 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales team members to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales of our products.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other challenges that may arise.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of 1-2 employees to achieve store goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
